At 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort encourages veterans and civilians to join them for a Flag Ceremony. This ceremony will be performed by ... The event forms at RCC and marches down Magnolia to Market Street, then right on 10th, followed by a right on Main, and ending at 14th street with an expo held at Gabbert Plaza. The parade will include marching bands, military vehicles, antique cars and plane flyovers. The expo will include information from public and private agencies, service clubs and businesses.
